The Forum Shopping Centre is calling all local food traders!

The Forum Shopping Centre in Sittingbourne is delighted to announce that it is currently seeking local food traders to exhibit and sell their produce during its new Farmer’s Market.

The market, which will be free for traders to exhibit at, will take place on the 2nd Sunday of every month and is part of a new initiative by The Forum Shopping Centre to promote buying locally. The market aims to encourage shoppers to taste and experience local produce, whilst providing somewhere for nearby food traders to sell their fresh and delicious produce.

The Farmer’s Market is the perfect opportunity for food vendors to showcase the best in local food that Sittingbourne and its surrounding areas has to offer. There are currently no other regular Farmer’s Markets in the area of Sittingbourne, so it is hoped that the market will help to boost the local economy by introducing shoppers to their local food producers, and generate a wider sense of community in doing so.
