On Wednesday 8th June, The Heritage Hub and the Mayor of Swale, Cllr Lesley Ingham, will be inviting shoppers to the launch of 'A Town at War' from 10.30am

'A Town at War' - The story of the people of Sittingbourne and Milton during the First World War, written by Patricia Robinson and published by HRGS, will be available at the Heritage Hub for £9.00.

The book is illustrated with over 150 pictures, many of them of people who lived in the town a hundred years ago. There is currently an exhibition of some of them in the Heritage Hub.

If shoppers are unable to attend the launch on Wednesday 8th June, The Heritage Hub will be hosting another book signing on Saturday 11th June between 11am and 12pm.
