Santa arrived in Sittingbourne on Saturday 24th November and officially opened his grotto the shopping centre
Father Christmas made his way through the centre greeting visitors along the way, before taking up residence in his grotto and listening to Christmas wishes from local children.
Christmas arts and crafts activities were also available, and a face painter was turning young visitors into anything they wanted to be.
Monica Rana, Centre Manager at The Forum Shopping Centre, commented:
“We’re delighted to welcome Father Christmas to his grotto in The Forum Shopping Centre. It’s such a magical time of the year for young children and it was wonderful to see their excited faces when they visited the grotto.”
Santa’s grotto at The Forum is free to visit and is open between 11am and 3pm every Saturday until 22nd December. All children who visit will receive a festive treat. Free children’s activities and a face painter will also be in the shopping centre every Saturday in the lead up to Christmas.
