The Forum Shopping Centre in Sittingbourne is delighted to announce three brand new retailers will be opening at the scheme this summer, boosting both shoppers’ choice and the local economy.
First up was the arrival of national stationery store The Works, which opened its doors on Saturday 16th July. This is the national chain’s first store in Sittingbourne and offers shoppers a range of toys, gifts and stationery at discounted prices.
On Saturday 6th August, coffee shop chain Costa Coffee will be opening its only Sittingbourne branch at The Forum providing the town’s shoppers and commuters with its trademark quality hot and cold refreshments. Furthermore, the UK’s largest independently owned jewellers, Warren James, will also be launching its first Sittingbourne branch at the centre on the 6th August, offering shoppers gold, silver and diamond jewellery at up to 80% off RRP.
Along with the upcoming redevelopments taking place around Sittingbourne including the new car park and cinema, The Forum’s new national retailers will add to the town’s attraction increasing footfall and the economy.
Monica Rana, Centre Manager of The Forum Shopping Centre, commented:
“We’re delighted to be welcoming these fantastic names to the centre as they are sure to add to the town’s offering. I hope that both our new stores and the town’s redevelopment will help bring people to the town centre and boost the local economy. All shops will be hiring both full and part time staff, so I encourage those interested to visit the stores’ websites.”
